We believe in creating a great place to work. As a leader at Hallam, seeing my colleagues thrive is the single greatest source of satisfaction.
This is why we’re so excited to have been awarded a 2-star accreditation, recognising Hallam as an “outstanding” place to work by The Sunday Times and Best Companies.
The Sunday Times Top 100 Employers
Having gone through a thorough process including third party employee feedback, Hallam has made into all three lists we were eligible for:
- The UK’s 100 Best Small Companies
- Marketing and Media’s 40 Best Agencies
- Top 100 Best Companies in the Midlands
We’ll find out our official ranking in a live event on 21st May 🤞🏻
Speech!
Speaking with my colleague Julio Taylor, he said:
“We’re incredibly proud to be chosen as one of the top 100 companies in the UK to work for. Our people are our priority and the backbone of our success, so it’s a very special moment to see it being officially recognised in this way.”
More work to be done…
We’re delighted with the news but recognise no employer is ever perfect. There’s much more that can be done to improve the employee experience and we will continue to listen to our team and aim for better.
Fancy joining the team?
We’ve recently announced plans to redefine the way we approach remote and in-person work as part of our (r)evolution and we’re always looking to attract the best talent to join Hallam.
