Previously Hallam’s Experience Director, leading our creative, digital experience and conversion rate optimisation offering, Kier has worked both agency and client-side over the past 14 years.
His career has seen him working with national and international brands across various sectors, from global professional services giant PwC to Virgin’s Formula E racing team. Using his past experience, Kier focuses on user-centred outcomes and creative problem solving that delivers tangible business improvement.
Backed by a Philosophy degree from the University of Kent, Kier has built his career on creating and delivering impactful solutions to complex business problems. And asking ‘why?’ a lot.
Away from the office, Kier is either running, buying guitars that he can’t play that well or trying to work out how to be a semi-competent father.
