Talk one: ‘Data to drive your business: How to use data for storytelling & growth in 2025, from Paid Media experts’

Paid Media specialists, Molly Watters and Simran Harichand, are going to talk about how you can use all sorts of data available to you to influence senior stakeholders, tell interesting stories and pivot your marketing strategy in 2025

Talk two: ‘How to modernise your organic strategy for 2025’

Performance Director Ben Wood’s talk will explore the latest trends, tools, and techniques shaping organic growth in 2025 and beyond. Attendees will learn how to align their strategies with emerging search engine updates, leverage AI-driven insights for content creation, and build authentic connections through evolving platforms.

Talk three: ‘Achieving the impossible: How to have fun with GA4’ 

Jonathan Catton, our Head of Data & Insights, will talk you through some of the ways GA4 is genuinely better than the old ways and neat techniques you can takeaway to get genuinely valuable insights.

About our speakers

Molly is a Paid Media Team Lead at Hallam, leading on many of the biggest Paid retainers. Molly has previously led Hallam’s Programmatic and Affiliate offering and is keen to improve clients’ advertising by diversifying channels.

Simran is Paid Media Consultant and is responsible for creating and managing strategic online advertising campaigns to drive business growth for her clients.

Ben is Hallam’s Performance Director, overseeing digital strategy across the entire client base at Hallam. He has spoken at the prestigious SMX West conference in California, where he shared his experience in Advanced Audience Targeting & Management Tactics and was recently invited to a panel discussion with Bing on “The Future of Voice Search.”

Cat is our Head of Data & Insights, managing and improvement of Hallam’s client reporting process. He specialises in in-depth performance analysis with a keen focus on underlying long-term trends.
